The restaurant aquaterra in the Westin Grand Frankfurt presents itself with an extravagant atmosphere and futuristic design. Located on the first floor of the hotel, the restaurant offers 76 seats- sitting at one of the 4 tables at the balustrade in the atrium is a real highlight. Here you have a fantastic view over the hustle and bustle in the arabella bar & lounge of the 5 star hotel.

A high-class cuisine with a Mediterranean focus offers fresh and modern dishes, classic or innovative. Especially at lunch times, our kitchen team is aware of clear flavours and an absolute acceptable waiting time.  20-2-15, this is the new lunch concept of chef Christoph Brandstätter, offers business guests with time pressure a waiting time of 20 minutes for a 2 course menu at a price of 15 Euro. Due to a great food quality and the excellent preparation of the finest ingredients, guests can enjoy a high-class lunch and an exclusive service in a very short time.

Recently the restaurant aquaterra was awarded for its consistent good and high-class food and service quality. Frankfurt’s leading gastronomic guide 'Frankfurt geht aus' nominated the restaurant first place in the category 'Mediterranean Fusion'.
